Looking to sell with Bungalo Beach?  Swing by our Burlington or Waterdown location  – we're open for drop-offs Tuesday through to Sunday 10:00-5:00. NO APPOINTMENT. We totally understand your time is precious, so we have a smooth system.

• When you arrive  “check-in”. We’ll give you an idea when you can expect an offer/pick-up your items.  It could be the same day, or if we are backed up, 4 days. Please no boxes or laundry baskets as we will not be able to accept them. Reusable bags please.

Please ensure your bag is clearly labelled with your full name and email address.

Please ensure items are washed, and folded in bag.

We won’t accept items with wear, holes, pilling, or stains. 

• Our buyer will meticulously assess each item you bring in, determining what to snag and how to price it for sale on our racks.  Then we will email you your offer when we’re done and let you know when you can pick-up any pieces we did not select.  You have the choice of 25% in cash or 50% in-store credit. We offer our premium rate of 60% for consignment items. 

• Just remember, sellers must be at least 18 years old or with a parent.

• We are a size inclusive shop. We accept all sizes.

What is Bungalo Beach looking for?

Our racks cater to a specific customer and aesthetic.  But our goal is always good vintage and well-made modern labels.  We look for special, unique pieces for our trendsetting customers.  And, we buy for the season, occasionally the season ahead if it’s an awesome piece!  Currently women’s fashion only.

Do I need an appointment?

You do not need an appointment to sell with us.  We accept drop-offs at our stores Tuesday-Sunday 10:00 to 5:00.

How do I know when I can pick up my items?

We will send you an email as soon as we have gone through your clothes and have an offer for you.  When you drop-off we will give you an idea of timing to expect based on what is in the queue.

Do I have to wait for my clothes to sell before I get paid?

For items that will retail for under $200 we buy clothing outright for 25% of our retail price or in a store credit for 50%.  You will receive your cash when you pick up your items (anything we didn’t pick).  Credits are emailed out directly to you as soon as you confirm.

When do I get paid for my sold consigned items?

Consignment payments are issued on the 15th day of the month after the month your item sold. (example: your item sells on Jan 23, payout is on Feb 15th)

How do buyers know what to choose?

They are trained to select what our customers are looking for and to sell it at a price that works for both our sellers and shoppers.

Why did you pass on my items?

It’s not personal.  We can only buy what we believe will sell.  We buy according to the season and what we have in stock.
