How It Works

• When you arrive, we’ll check you in and give an estimated wait time.
• Offers are made within the same day you drop off.
• We usually accept new drop-offs up to one hour before closing.

Busy days:
During peak times, wait times can reach 2–4 hours and the buying queue may fill by the afternoon. Once full, same-day assessments may not be possible and you may be asked to return another day.

👉 Tip: Drop off earlier in the day to secure a spot in the queue.

What to Bring

• No hangers or garment bags
• Reusable bags only
• Clothing must be clean

Currently accepting women’s clothing only.
Sellers must be 18+ (or accompanied by a parent/guardian).

Your Offer

You’ll receive your offer by text or email.

Choose one:
• 25% cash, or
• 50% store credit (never expires!!)

👉 Tip: Store credit (trade) gets you the most money for selling clothing! We get new inventory always, so it’s a treasure hunt each time you shop.

Pick-Up & Unselected Items

• Return before closing to collect cash and any unselected items if you aren’t choosing to donate them.
• Store credit is emailed immediately
• Unselected items must be picked up the same day.

Choose to donate your unselected items to our circular fashion initiative. Learn how nothing goes to waste.
Donate unselected items in exchange for a $5 store credit and help keep fashion circular.

Important: Unclaimed items will eventually be donated at the end of each week.

👉 Tip: Please keep an eye for offers. If you haven’t heard from us (which is odd) just call the store!

What We’re Looking For

We prioritize quality, current styles, and seasonality.
We love modern labels, everyday basics, vintage gems and designer brands.

Buying decisions are based on:
• Current inventory levels
• Seasonal needs
• What the shop is actively seeking

While we’d love to take everything, we are intentionally selective and only accept pieces they’re confident will sell well — keeping our racks fresh, balanced, and worth the hunt.
