How It Works
We’re moving to a same-day offer model.
• When you arrive, we’ll check you in and give an estimated wait time.
• Offers are made within the same day you drop off.
• We usually accept new drop-offs up to one hour before closing.
Busy days:
During peak times, wait times can reach 2–4 hours and the buying queue may fill by the afternoon. Once full, same-day assessments may not be possible and you may be asked to return another day.
👉 Tip: Drop off earlier in the day to secure a spot in the queue.
What to Bring
• No hangers or garment bags
• Reusable bags only
• Clothing must be clean

Pick-Up & Unselected Items
• Return before closing to collect cash and any unselected items
• Store credit is emailed immediately
• Unselected items must be picked up the same day.
Prefer not to take them back?
You’re welcome to donate unselected items in exchange for a $5 store credit.
Important: Unclaimed items will eventually be donated at the end of each week.

While we’d love to take everything, our buyers are intentionally selective and only accept pieces they’re confident will sell well — keeping our racks fresh, balanced, and worth the hunt.
