ARCHIVE by Bungalo Beach offers a refined alternative to traditional consignment. Our Archive is thoughtfully curated, discreetly managed, and designed to connect exceptional pieces with the right buyers. From pricing and presentation to private viewings and online exposure, each item is handled with care.

ARCHIVE Consignment Program

Our Archive is a curated consignment program, entirely separate from our standard buy & sell. Designed for Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton clients with elevated wardrobes, the Archive offers a more considered approach to consigning exceptional pieces.

We selectively accept designer and iconic vintage items based on condition, story, and long-term value. Not all submissions are eligible — consignment is reserved for pieces that align with the Archive’s curatorial standards and overall collection.

Archive consignment drop-offs are accepted on Fridays only. Accepted pieces are handled through a refined, white-glove process, ensuring discretion, expert presentation, and thoughtful placement. Consignment payout is 60%.

These are the types of pieces we seek, among other rare and noteworthy finds: Acne Studios · Anine Bing · Balenciaga · Bottega Veneta · Brunello Cucinelli · Céline · Chloé · Dolce & Gabbana · Dries Van Noten · Equipment · Fendi · Gabriela Hearst · Gucci · Helmut Lang · Isabel Marant · LV · Loewe · Max Mara · Prada · Proenza Schouler · Rag & Bone · Reformation · Saint Laurent (YSL) · Smythe · Stella McCartney · Theory · The Row · Tibi · Totême · Ulla Johnson · Valentino · Zadig & Voltaire · Zimmermann

CONSIGN AGREEMENT

Is Archive consignment different from your buy & sell?

Yes. The Archive is a curated luxury consignment program, entirely separate from our everyday buy & sell. Pieces are accepted selectively and handled through a white-glove process focused on value, presentation, and discretion.

What should I consign?

We accept select designer and iconic vintage pieces that meet our curatorial standards. Items are evaluated based on brand, condition, story, and long-term resale value. Not all items are eligible for Archive consignment. Acceptance is at our discretion to ensure alignment with the Archive collection.

When should I consign?

Archive submissions are accepted on Fridays only. Bringing pieces in earlier in the season allows for longer exposure and optimal placement. Handbags, accessories, and standout vintage pieces are welcomed year-round.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is determined by our curatorial team based on market research, condition, and demand. All pricing and consignment terms are reviewed with you before an item is listed.

Where are Archive items sold?

Archive pieces are sold online or through private viewing appointments. They are not displayed on the regular sales floor.

How do payouts work?

Consignment payout is 60% of the final sale price. Payouts are issued once an item sells, according to the agreed consignment terms provided at acceptance.

Why consign with the Archive?

Our Archive offers a refined alternative to traditional consignment. Through selective curation, premium positioning, and access to a dedicated client base, your pieces are presented thoughtfully — not rushed or overexposed.
